St. Stephen's Episcopal K-8 School located in downtown Harrisburg needed space for their expanding enrollment. This project placed a K-5 school in a former parking garage and unified the remaining buildings of the church campus. This LEED™ Silver project had a construction value of $2.9 million.
The city of Reading was offered the property of the former St. Joseph's Hospital for use as a school facility. We were hired to perform the original risk analysis study and devise options for use. This future intermediate high school for grades 9 & 10 has a construction value of $61 million.
