An honors graduate of the University of Florida, with a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida, Carl is a registered architect and has been with McKissick Associates for the past 6 years. He is a US Green Building Council Accredited Professional and has spearheaded such projects as the St. Stephen's Downtown K-8 School LEED Silver project (status pending) and the SEDA Council of Governments Headquarters building (designed to the LEED gold standard).
Carl brings extensive skill in managing large complex projects from design through construction. His most recent projects with the firm include the new Wellsboro Area High School and the conversion and restoration of the formerly abandoned Hazleton High School into an intermediate elementary school for grades 3 through 8.
