McKissick Associates announced today that Trina B. Burke, Associate AIA, has been named Associate Partner. Burke, a member of McKissick Associates since Vern and Kristen McKissick launched the firm in 1999, has served as a project manager specializing in educational facility renovation and new construction projects.

"As Associate Partner, Trina will continue to utilize her creative talents and architectural skills to meet and exceed our clients' expectations while leading our staff towards further growth and success."
Regionally, Burke's architectural experience includes project management at a variety of educational facilities, including Big Spring School District, Williamsport School District, Cumberland-Perry Vocational-Technical School and West York Area School District. Additionally, she has served as project manager for numerous Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority projects.
Burke, a graduate of Wellesley College, cum laude, studied architecture at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a U. S. Green Building Council LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)-accredited professional. A Manlius, NY native, she has also been very involved with local organizations, including the Harrisburg Symphony and the Historic Harrisburg Association as a board member.
