McKissick Associates Celebrates One-Year Anniversary At New Offices Last year around this time, McKissick Associates was on the move. As one of the fastest growing architectural firms in Central Pennsylvania, the firm had outgrown its existing location at 223 North Front Street. To showcase their historic preservation talents, the architectural design group purchased a 13,000 square foot building along Harrisburg's historic Front Street overlooking the Susquehanna. The new headquarters at 317 North Front Street is a four-story mansion originally owned by Judge John W. Simonton and provides an inspirational and eclectic space for the creative staff. The building, originally constructed in 1869-70, houses the McKissick Associates staff on the first three floors and provides living accommodations for Vern and Kristen McKissick. Additionally, Kristen McKissick directs a subsidiary, M3Grafx (McKissick Multi-Media) from the building.
